GENERAL

  • Mask are optional

  • You will be directed to sanitize your hands prior to service start

  •  If you are sick, running a fever, cough, body aches or any symptoms of the FLU or COVID-19, or been exposed to anyone who has had/have COVID-19 and/or symptoms please do not book an appointment

  • Investment costs are subject to change and total estimate minus the deposit will be given before the start of your service

  • No extra guest or children allowed unless being serviced

  • It is important that you add any additional services to your appointment when booking to allot for proper service time

  • Every appointment includes a brief consultation to ensure we are on the same page with service and investment cost

  • Extensions are not included in any of the services

  • I take great pride in my work, and as a result, some appointments may require more time than initially expected. All appointment times are a rough estimate and time may vary

RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATIONS / LATE ARRIVAL

(THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO WEDDING SERVICES)

  • Your deposit may be transferred if rescheduling 48 hours prior to your appointment

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours and your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Deposits are valid for one reschedule and are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable

  • There is a 15 min grace period, more than 15 minutes late without contacting me will be considered a no show

  • Client is responsible for canceling or rescheduling 48 hours prior to appointment which can be done with the confirmation email

  • All no call / no shows your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If for any reason I am late or running behind a 10% discount will be subtracted from total service cost

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT

  • A Non-Refundable $30 deposit is required to book an appointment

  • A deposit must be made in order to confirm appointment

  • The deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service total

  • By submitting a deposit you are acknowledging and agreeing to all appointment policies​​ ​​

  • Preferred final forms of payment accepted are cash, Zelle, or Debit/Credit Card

  • No checks or other money service platforms will be accepted

  • Refunds will not be provided for any services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let me know at the time of your appointment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

MEDIA

  • Pictures and videos will be taken for marketing purposes only

  • You the client consent the Salon to take photographs of the provided service

  • You the client consent the Salon in terms of sharing the photograph to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials

  • By booking an appointment you agree and are giving India Barnes Beauty permission to take pictures and or videos

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • I agree to adhere to the COVID-19 safety precautions.

  • I confirm that the Salon will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected as it should be.

  • I confirm that I will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups of the salon in maintaining and treating my hair.

  • I am allowing the Salon to apply necessary chemicals as part of the service in my hair treatment.

  • I understand that the result of this chemical may vary from one person to another.

  • I agree that the hairstyle is final after the service. If there are any changes after 1 hour when the service ends, the client will be charged.

  • I confirm that children are not allowed in the work service area for safety reasons.

  • I acknowledge that the Salon employees are licensed professionals and should be treated with respect all the time.

  • I have read this whole document and I accept the terms indicated above.
